Although sleep demands are different for different people and some\npeople do need more rest, the effects of chronic sleep deprivation are reaching\nhigher stages.&nbsp; Sleep deprivation affects\nour mood, our concentration, attention, memory loss and the ability to fight\noff infection and our judgemental skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Hydration<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Are\nyou properly hydrated? Even if you are having mild dehydration it can majorly\naffect your energy level and your mood. Doctors usually recommended adults to\ndrink 8 glasses of water daily but the amount may differ depending on factors\nlike your physical activity and your size. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Nutrition<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nutrition\nis a quite complicated thing nowadays with food allergies and food tolerances\nin abundance.
